Abu Huraira Centre’s first annual Leadership Camp will be held on August 6th - 9th 2009. The main mission of this camp is to inspire campers to grow in leadership and personal responsibility, to feel empowered by their adventures, to discover self-confidence, to lead healthy and active lives which are some of the core values of Al-Islam.

Individuals become integral parts of the group. Each member is essential, bringing talent, creativity, and a sense of humor to the program. We learn to work, play, and interact as a cohesive unit
THE EXPERIENCE
Engage in amazing activities, and physical and interpersonal challenges. Immerse the world’s most magnificent natural settings (Bruce Peninsula). Introduced to like-minded individuals who may become lifelong friends. Encourage each individual to reach beyond their perceived “comfort zone,” and achieve significant personal growth. The result is one unforgettably transformative and awakening summer experience!
LOCATION
Stoke Bay Camp, Ontario.Located 300 km NW of Toronto in the Bruce Peninsula Provincial Park
AGE: Brothers 18+
COST: $100 for each participant ( food and transportation included).
ACCOMODATION: Sleeping cabins, covered eating area, restrooms & showers.
REGISTRATION: Limited to 30 campers! Please download the registration form below and email it at info@abuhuraira.org or drop it off at the Masjid.
SPECIAL REMINDERS: This is camp is in a semi-rustic environment and all participants should prepare accordingly. Experience is not always necessary, but a sense of enthusiasm is vital.
